A new hotel for Bath’s historic centre.

Located just moments from the city’s historic Roman baths, our Hampton by Hilton in Bath supports the council’s ongoing strategy to bring more hotels and holiday accommodation to the city centre.

We obtained the building from Bath College, who were still using it for lectures and classes at the time.

Rather than rushing the handover, we worked with the college, allowing them to continue using the building while we went through the process of applying for planning permission.

This meant that by the time we were ready to begin construction, the college had found a replacement building that suited the needs of their teachers and students.

The result? A property that contributes to the city’s long-term success, all while remaining sensitive to needs of the local community.
