Set just 100m from St Paul’s Cathedral, Lost Property hotel is part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, a portfolio-uniting distinctive, idiosyncratic places and spaces.

Tucked away in this treasured part of London, the hotel spans six floors, which we constructed behind the original, historic façade.

This architectural quirk got us thinking about all that’s hidden or lost in the city, all the history, the countless stories concealed in London’s backstreets, in the walls of the centuries-old buildings.

We quickly arrived at the name Lost Property, building a brand that celebrated all that’s lost about London.

We commissioned artwork and illustrations that drew on lesser-known stories from the city’s past, while the design and décor invited guests to embrace the anonymity of life in London.
