Back in 2020, we teamed up with regional housebuilders Yorkshire Country Properties to create a collection of 216 one to four-bedroom houses in the West Yorkshire villages of Shepley, Skelmanthorpe and Denby Dale.

The homes are designed to complement their surroundings, referencing the local architectural vernacular with natural stone facades, while incorporating contemporary features and state-of-the-art technology.

Spanning larger family houses and smaller homes aimed at first-time buyers, the project is part of our long-term strategy to extend our reach beyond our London roots and invest in private residential, student, retirement and mixed-use schemes all over the UK.
