A development where wellbeing comes first.

Most purpose-built student accommodation schemes allocate between 1.2 and 1.4 m sq. of amenity space per student.

At Stratford High Street, our 465-unit development in East London, we’re allocating 2 m sq. per student. And it’s not just about the quantity of social space. For us, it’s about the quality of that space, the function it serves, the conversations and friendships it fosters.

Rather than restricting amenities to one or two floors, we’re spreading them across the whole building, fitting smaller lounges on every floor, along with larger spaces on every fourth floor.

This means there’s social space to suit every occasion, from intimate gatherings and group workshops to bigger parties, performances and events.

And as part of our ongoing work with Newham Council, we’re supporting their Community Wealth Building pledge by partnering with the organisation Made Up Collective to introduce a not-for-profit community pub on site, as well as renovating the disused aqueduct to the rear of the site to create a new public garden rich in biodiversity.

Whether it’s the current student population or the neighbourhood at large, Stratford High Street is all about promoting wellbeing throughout the community.
