Westcombe House

Set in the centre of Tunbridge Wells with easy access into London Bridge by train, Westcombe House includes a collection of residential apartments in a former office building.

We acquired the site in 2016 and gained planning to create 31 residential units and a ground-floor commercial space, as well as permission to add an extra storey to the building. We sold the site in 2019.
