St John’s Hall

Set in the centre of Whetstone, just minutes from Totteridge and Whetstone underground station, this site has planning for a residential development of 22 homes.

After acquiring the site from the London Diocesan Fund in 2016, we successfully gained planning permission for the 22-unit development. We then negotiated the sale of the site in 2019 in order to deploy funds elsewhere.
